The Video Inverter Model #VITR is a compact, easy to use electronic device. It will create or restore scrambled video automatically. When two video scramblers are used together as a system, one on camera/VCR (or whatever signal is being sent) and another unit on receiver, it will create the perfect match for a low cost, easy to use high performance encode/decode system.
